Honda RC1213V-S road version of the racing bike which won two MotoGP championships. Sounds great, until you get to the price, which is worthy of a supercar.
The folks at Honda have thought it would be worse if would provide a street version of the bike that won two MotoGP championships. The result is called the Honda RC213V-S and comes with the warning that you will have to carry a spare pair of underwear (well, do not write it anywhere, but what I thought when I read the technical data).
This toy is great for people driven by a 1.0-liter V4 engine that develops 157 hp and 101 Nm or, if you're in power, you can opt for the version with 212 hp and 118 Nm. Sure, it does not seem much at first glance, but think that the whole bike weighs 170 kg or less, depending on the version chosen.
Because it is a vehicle allowed to travel on public roads, Honda motorcycles made several changes designed for comfort - it's a standard gearbox (not racing), engine valves are kept in check by springs (not system pneumatic), and startup is via an electric motor.
